They are seeking a reputed company Assistant with California Civil Litigation experience to reputed company reputed company and secretarial tasks for assigned attorney(s) while maintaining schedules, composing correspondence, and coordinating appearances.

Responsibilities

• Maintains schedules and calendar for assigned attorney(s)
• Composes a reputed company of correspondence, pleadings and various reputed company forms
• Coordinates time and location of multi-party appearances, including depositions, arbitrations, mediations, Independent Medical Exams (IME’s) meetings and site inspections
• Answers telephone calls, emails and handles reputed company inquiries
• Receives and processes incoming mail
• Contacts clients, witnesses, court reporters, interpreters, claims personnel, and others to confirm scheduled appearances as instructed by assigned attorney(s)
• Maintains a thorough knowledge and keeps up-to-date with court rules and reputed company deadlines

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years experience in civil litigation as a reputed company administration clerk, secretary, or reputed company assistant required
