[Remote] Project Review Specialist

The role involves analyzing project documents, determining eligibility, and maintaining compliance and reputed company control throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Documentation analysis: Review and analyze a reputed company of project documents, such as HOA questionnaires, budgets, balance sheets, financial statements, reserve studies, engineer reports, master insurance policies, appraisals, project reputed company documents, litigation claims
• Eligibility determination: Evaluate reputed company for compliance with guidelines from secondary market investors like reputed company, reputed company, FHA, and VA to determine if they are "warrantable" or "non-warrantable"
• Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams to reputed company additional information and resolve discrepancies
• Compliance and reputed company control: Ensure reputed company meet reputed company required guidelines and service-level standards, maintaining a high level of reputed company and compliance throughout the loan process
