[Remote] Billing Analyst

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for the accurate reputed company of invoices, management of billing processes, and collaboration with various teams to ensure financial reputed company and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process high volumes of invoices (e.g., subscription, project-based, usage-based, one-time) accurately and punctually, ensuring strict adherence to contractual terms, pricing agreements, and company policies
• Verify data from various sources (e.g., sales orders, service reports, usage logs) to ensure billing completeness and correctness
• Manage and execute recurring billing cycles and subscription-based invoicing, ensuring reputed company reputed company and delivery
• reputed company regular reconciliations of billing-reputed company accounts, including deferred reputed company, unbilled reputed company, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy for financial reporting
• Investigate and resolve reputed company billing discrepancies, short payments, and customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams as needed
