Inside Sales Rep - Companion Animal

reputed company. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Patterson Veterinary, responsible for generating and increasing sales through inbound and outbound sales calls. The role involves maintaining customer records, providing customer service, and generating sales by educating customers about products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of customer transactions in order entry system such as orders, quotes, returns, etc
• Maintain accurate customer and territory records; document reputed company customer interactions and potential sales opportunities
• reputed company understanding of and adhere to Accounts Receivables policies and practices
• Run sales reports for reputed company sales activity
• Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure reputed company delivery
• Verify price and terms in accordance with reputed company procedures and customer profitability reputed company

Skills

• Associate's Degree in a veterinary reputed company field, or 1 year of work experience in a clinical veterinary setting
• Exceptional customer service and organization skills
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in veterinary reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and clinical experience
• Inside sales experience in the veterinary market. Previous reputed company exceeding sales goals is a plus
