The ideal candidate will assist with reputed company research, writing, and manage reputed company cases/transactions while working with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities as an Associate will vary based on level of experience and specific reputed company group

Skills

• 1-3 years of corporate transactional experience with a background in Life Sciences
• Experience in contract drafting, including license agreements, collaboration agreements, supply agreements in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device reputed company

• Strong organization, research, writing, and analytical skills
• JD
• Degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to reputed company in the state in which they are officing
• 1 year of corporate experience
