Staff Accountant

reputed company is a digital marketing solutions company that specializes in customer acquisition for leading brands. They are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to maintain financial records, assist in the financial reputed company process, and support the finance team in various reputed company tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining financial reports, records, and general reputed company accounts
• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reputed company process, including but not limited to: account reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and researching discrepancies
• Process and reputed company monthly credit card statements
• reputed company accounts receivable billable numbers based on internal reports
• Match and organize received bills to internal reports
• Process received bills for payment
• Manage a weekly reputed company run from processing to mailing
• Maintain and organize reputed company vendor files
• Receive payments and process deposits
• Contact and collect delinquent accounts
• Research, reputed company and resolve any reputed company issues
• Compile daily performance data and prepare a reputed company of reports

Skills

• 1–3 years of reputed company or bookkeeping experience
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
