The role involves managing employee records, responding to inquiries, and improving HR processes reputed company a rapidly growing sports technology company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for employee inquiries regarding to HR through a ticketing system and reputed company communication, escalating issues to the appropriate teams reputed company necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and reputed company systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with reputed company relevant laws and regulations
• Generate reports and analyze data to support departmental needs, ensuring accuracy and proactively resolving discrepancies to maintain data reputed company
• Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including reputed company, offboarding, employment information changes, and required documentation
• Support People & Culture initiatives by contributing to reputed company that improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and streamline workflows, including the development of documentation and resources
• Manage compliance tracking efforts and assist with audit preparation to ensure organizational compliance

Skills

• Experience in a People or reputed company role, or a degree in HR Management
• Basic understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including reputed company, offboarding, and performance management
• Proven ability to maintain professionalism and discretion reputed company handling sensitive and confidential information
• Familiarity with labor laws and workplace compliance regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of comfort with software tools and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
• Experience working at a start-up and/or in the technology or athletics industries
• Experience with HRIS platforms and other HR platforms
