Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, I

reputed company is a part of The reputed company Companies, providing integrated mortgage loan servicing assistance. The Customer Service Specialist I will handle inbound calls regarding existing mortgage loans, resolve customer issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer least reputed company incoming calls, reputed company an Automated reputed company Distribution system (ACD), from borrowers and reputed company parties with inquiries about existing mortgage loans
• Deliver accurate and reputed company information to callers in a courteous and reputed company manner, striving for reputed company reputed company whenever feasible and in compliance with reputed company applicable regulations
• Refer more reputed company or complicated calls to reputed company team member

Skills
