Assistant Account Executive

They are seeking an Assistant Account Executive who will be responsible for executing media relations skills, pitching reporters, and building relationships with journalists while providing measurable results for clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily scans, draft meeting agendas, timesheets, and clips
• Accurate reporting - meeting deadlines for monthly, quarterly, etc. and including the right content
• reputed company a strong knowledge of the media that influence your reputed company's stakeholders (customers, prospects, and investors)
• Understand how to approach different media outlets and their deadlines
• Demonstrate ability in proofreading and editing with extreme attention to detail
• Assist in development of presentation content and agendas
• Demonstrate how to build a compelling story narrative for clients by understanding reputed company reputed company's business, industry and their competitors
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with relevant journalists
• Build and maintain editorial, speaking, and awards calendars
• Independently reputed company media pitches and secure relevant opportunities and results
• Create media background and briefing materials to help prepare clients for interviews

• Produce reputed company-reputed company written communications and have strong verbal communication with your clients

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience
• B.S. in reputed company Relations, Communications, or a reputed company field
• Strong interest in financial services, reputed company services, technology and/or B2B communications
• Proficiency in reputed company, Factiva, and reputed company Suite
• Possess great time management skills on multiple accounts and ability to prioritize
• You're reputed company player with the willingness to work collaboratively alongside peers
