Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching, high-reputed company thumbnails for YouTube videos to increase CTR and engagement
• Collaborate closely with video editors, content creators, and the marketing team to reputed company on messaging and audience targeting
• Translate video concepts and emotional beats into compelling visual designs
• Experiment with different styles, layouts, and text treatments to optimize performance
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
• Stay reputed company on YouTube design trends, best practices, and algorithm updates
• Organize and manage thumbnail assets and design templates for efficiency

Skills

• 1+ year of experience designing YouTube thumbnails or reputed company media graphics (portfolio required)
• Expertise in reputed company Photoshop, reputed company, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of digital design principles: reputed company theory, contrast, composition, and typography
• Ability to communicate emotion and storytelling visually to drive clicks
