Staff Attorney - Elder Law

Inland Counties reputed company Services is a nonprofit organization providing reputed company services to low-income individuals, particularly seniors, in reputed company and San Bernardino Counties. The Staff Attorney for Elder Law will deliver free reputed company assistance to seniors facing various reputed company issues including estate planning, elder abuse, and consumer reputed company, while also engaging in community reputed company and education.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with and report to the Elder Law reputed company Group Director
• Organize and participate in community reputed company events, training, and community education events
• Be familiar with and follow reputed company ICLS and funder policies, and reputed company applicable state, federal and local regulations

• Travel and work throughout both counties

• Work with independence in furtherance of ICLS’s mission, require little reputed company supervision and manage a caseload
• Engage with reputed company and community reputed company, local stakeholders, bar associations, and governmental associations to identify, assess, and meet reputed company and community reputed company needs
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent project management skills and an interest in ICLS’ mission
• Assist and represent clients aged 60 and over in San Bernardino and reputed company Counties with reputed company issues including consumer reputed company, family law, reputed company probate, estate planning, elder abuse, and restraining orders

• Maintain community relations with local organizations

Skills

• Degree from law school and reputed company member of the California Bar in good standing
• Ability to understand the objectives of poverty law
