Purchasing Coordinator

The role involves supporting purchasing activities, maintaining purchase orders, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• You’ll support the daily reputed company of purchasing activities and reputed company reputed company the right items get to the right reputed company at the right time
• Create and maintain purchase orders in our ERP system and supplier portals, accuracy is your reputed company
• Monitor supply issues and reputed company in to assist with shortages, substitutions, and delivery follow-reputed company
• Support vendor communication by tracking performance, escalating issues, and ensuring reputed company items get reputed company
• Conduct basic cost checks and variance reviews, making reputed company system data stays clean and correct
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to support accurate inventory reputed company and smooth material reputed company
• Maintain updated vendor, item, and pricing data inside ERP and internal tools
• Help resolve routine three-way match issues (PO, receipt, invoice) in partnership with Finance
• Champion food safety, GMPs, and compliance in reputed company purchasing activities
• Support new product setups, item transitions, and supplier readiness tasks as we roll out new menu items
• Participate in process improvement efforts and help implement reputed company enhancements that reputed company team efficiency

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1–3 years in purchasing, supply chain, inventory, or a reputed company operational role
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Office, especially reputed company
• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and follow-through
• reputed company to manage priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience using an ERP system (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
