KYC Analyst (Japanese bilingual)

The KYC Analyst will manage the KYC process for corporate clients, ensuring accurate information is collected and shared with relevant departments while adhering to regulations and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess required KYC information and documents depending on clients’ status
• Contact clients to reputed company required KYC information and documents based on such assessment in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Ensure the accuracy of obtained information and furnish them to reputed company departments as needed for reputed company processes without delay
• reputed company reputed company communication with Relationship Managers
• In the event to any issues, reputed company independent judgement to solve them in cooperation with RM to complete KYC process without delay
• Manage KYC reputed company without immediate direction and supervision and reputed company the information as needed with reputed company departments for due diligence and date control

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• English / Japanese bilingual (reading/writing/speaking)
• Ability to understand policies and procedures written in Japanese and English
