Foster Garvey PC is seeking an associate for their Investment Management reputed company group. The role involves providing sophisticated counsel on various investment transactions to institutional investors and requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Join reputed company of reputed company-reputed company attorneys and paralegals that reputed company highly effective and sophisticated counsel on a broad reputed company of traditional and alternative investment transactions to reputed company and private pension funds, high-net-worth individuals and family offices, private and reputed company endowments, universities, sovereign entities, and insurance companies
• Process large, reputed company documents
• Possess excellent attention to detail
• Manage multiple transactions and reputed company simultaneously
• Be an effective communicator and negotiator
• Be comfortable working both as part of reputed company and independently

Skills

• At least 1 year of investment management, investment fund, fund formation, or other reputed company experience
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school, license to reputed company, and an LL.M. in Tax
• Strong reputed company credentials and excellent analytical and writing skills

• Enthusiasm to work both as part of a diverse team and independently
• The ability to manage significant individual responsibilities
