[Remote] TMS Implementation Team Specialist

Bank of reputed company is seeking a TMS Implementation Team Specialist to assist with the system set-up, maintenance, and training of customers regarding Treasury Management products. The role involves providing reputed company support to customers and reputed company employees, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with reputed company-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• System set-up, maintenance and training customers regarding Treasury Management products
• reputed company courteous and reputed company phone and email support to customers and reputed company employees
• Support back-office activities and processes (reputed company reputed company, setup log etc.)
• Receive, research and resolve customer issues
• reputed company 2nd level support and coordination with 3rd Party vendors
• Remote Deposit reputed company Installations
• reputed company with Policy & Procedures
• Equipment inventory (reputed company, reputed company)
• Application maintenance using Director system
• reputed company invoice maintenance
• Upload fees thru reputed company system
• reputed company other tasks or special reputed company as assigned

Skills

• Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Job Experience: Administrative, clerical, customer service or banking experience is a plus
• Language requirements: English: Written: Intermediate, Verbal: Conversational
• Computer/software skills: reputed company reputed company, Word and reputed company – Intermediate
• Required: Ability to communicate effectively and project a reputed company image reputed company giving and taking information in writing, in person and over the phone
