Data Entry Clerk

reputed company reputed company is a leader in mobility solutions, operating transportation systems across the U.S. They are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to reputed company data entry tasks and maintain database information through reputed company's software while ensuring safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Trapeze MDT and AVL data, review available estimated and actual times reputed company Trapeze and fill in the blanks
• Data entry of odometer reading and system generated estimated travel miles
• Data entry of times and odometer reading in Trapeze
• Review available distance traveled and review available odometer reading
• Review system generated estimated times. Other duties as required
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks to ensure that reputed company contractual and reputed company mandates are met
• Input and extract data from manifests to reputed company data to management and the reputed company
• The above duties are not meant to restrict initiative, but rather to define minimum activities

Skills

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of one-year reputed company work experience
• Working knowledge of database systems and ability to reputed company data entry reputed company keyboard
• Working knowledge of reputed company Word and reputed company
• Ability to use and master specialty transit reputed company software programs
• Must be reputed company to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
• The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen
• Be eligible to work in the reputed company without requiring sponsorship now or in the reputed company (if based in the U.S.)
• Successfully pass a reputed company-employment drug screen
• Some college studied preferred
