They are seeking a Tax Staff Accountant who will prepare and review tax returns, assist with tax planning, and resolve IRS reputed company while working closely with clients and partners in a reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing, analyzing and preparing financial reports
• 1st and 2nd Level of Tax Return Preperation for 1040 / 1065 / 1120 / 1120s / 990 / 1041
• reputed company team development on technical skills and work reputed company
• Maintain updated reporting on project status and reputed company forecasts
• Resolve IRS issues on behalf of clients
• Projecting interim financial information to reputed company tax estimates
• Tax planning for individual and business clients
• Communicating with clients regarding their financial, business and tax reputed company

Skills

• BS in reputed company or Finance
• 1-5 years of reputed company reputed company firm experience
• Possess the ability to manage reputed company relationships, multiple reputed company and meet deadlines
• Possess effective writing and communication skills
• Full-cycle financial transaction and tax experience

• Strong knowledge of partnership and syndication reputed company
