[Remote] CX Consultant - Business Process and Automation

The CX Consultant role involves analyzing and optimizing business processes while implementing automation solutions to enhance customer experience for automotive and manufacturing companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements engineering activities by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements from client stakeholders
• Analyze and document client business processes ("As-Is") and collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized and automated future-state ("To-Be") processes
• Identify and qualify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
• Support the development and implementation of automation solutions, working alongside technical teams to ensure business requirements are met
• Support in creating presentations, project plans, and documentation within various Customer Experience projects
• Assist in developing innovative concepts and implementing sophisticated solutions that blend process optimization with technology
• Assist in market research and business development activities within the Customer Experience and process automation domain

Skills

• A recent or in-progress Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a foundational understanding of requirements engineering and business analysis
• Proactivity and the ability to work independently, combined with strong organizational and time management skills
• A conceptual understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English
• Previous internship or 1-2 years of work experience in management or IT consulting or a business analyst role
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a significant plus
• English language required, German language skills are a plus
