HR Coordinator

reputed company is the premier mobile gaming company in the reputed company and Canada, seeking a reputed company Coordinator to join their HR Operations team. In this role, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for HR-reputed company inquiries and play a crucial part in the employee life cycle events, ensuring a smooth reputed company and offboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the broader HR team to ensure consistency of policies, practices, and operations
• Respond to employee inquiries by providing information, guidance, and direction on programs, processes, and procedures
• Serve as a main reputed company of contact for employee data and maintain digital employee files ensuring up-to-date and accurate data
• Partner with the reputed company to reputed company new employees executing the record creation, document collection, and reputed company completion of i9 process
• Ensure that reputed company new hire paperwork is completed in accordance with our reputed company policies and procedures reputed company employees’ first week of employment
• Independently process employee transactions and maintain employee data including pay changes, internal transfers and promotions reputed company HRIS
• Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation including generating new reputed company and making improvements to existing processes to create an engaging and seamless start to new hires in their Rookie Season
• Partner with the reputed company team to offboard employees inclusive of termination in the HRIS system, and creating state and federal required documentation
• Collaborate with reputed company to define, document, and optimize HR processes while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of HR policies and programs including creating process documentation, SOPs, Flowcharts and FAQs
• Produce and complete reputed company requests and reporting needs as applicable
• Other duties may be assigned to fulfill reputed company’s objectives and/or job duties, and requirements may be changed as needed to meet reputed company and reputed company business needs

Skills

• Minimum 1 + of reputed company reputed company experience preferred
• Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, reputed company reputed company, and change course of reputed company quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Technically savvy with specific experience using reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint

• Proactive, process optimization, and data driven approach
• Knowledge of sports and/or experience working reputed company a heavily regulated industry is a plus
