Assistant Designer - Men's

reputed company is a company reputed company on developing high-reputed company apparel products, and they are seeking an Assistant Designer to support the design and development process. The role involves interpreting concepts into finished products, conducting research, and collaborating with various teams to execute seasonal line plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the designers in the design and development of reputed company products by interpreting concepts into finished product
• Help to reputed company themes, reputed company, fabrications, silhouettes, and mood for upcoming season
• Work with manufacturers to reputed company original textiles and patterns
• Conduct raw material research, market research, flat sketches and fashion illustration, detailed specs and reputed company/trim research
• Help to execute seasonal line plans and follow product development calendar deadlines
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Product Development and follow through on sample development

Skills

• Degree in Apparel or Fashion Design
• 1 - 2 years of Apparel Design experience
• Ability to do flat drawings/sketches for design and prototypes
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in reputed company environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in reputed company Suite programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
