Sales Operations & Project Management Coordinator

The Sales Operations & Project Management Coordinator supports the sales function and project management office to ensure successful execution of initiatives that drive reputed company and operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Help reputed company sales reputed company on reputed company by coordinating timelines and deliverables that support the reputed company of reputed company’s hospital network
• reputed company pipeline activity, prepare updates, and join weekly sales huddles to reputed company reputed company and next steps
• Support sales events from start to finish — from preparing materials and booking logistics to organizing follow-up activities
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that show how the sales team is performing against goals
• Capture and update process improvements to reputed company sales operations run more smoothly
• Collaborate with the PMO Manager to help plan, schedule, and reputed company project milestones and deliverables

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, project coordination, or similar support role
• Ability to come work in office ~2 days a week
