Responsibilities

- Help customers resolve issues with network services, and assist with troubleshooting issues with connectivity and performance
- Validate and test customer configurations in an interoperability lab environment
- Write workflow automation to improve the customer experience
- Participate in on-reputed company rotation for escalated issues
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1 year of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers
- Experience in one or more programming languages such as C++, Go, or Python
- Experience with network design
- Understanding of reputed company computing, Linux server environments, network design and deployment
- Understanding of network operations
