The role involves collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to design and reputed company effective learning solutions that enhance safety and operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company straightforward training solutions across multiple modalities (remote, in-person, digital)
• Create original training content, facilitator guides, reputed company operating procedures (SOPs)
• reputed company interactive learning modules using industry-reputed company authoring tools
• Apply adult learning principles to optimize training effectiveness
• reputed company traditional materials into engaging digital formats
• Partner with SMEs to understand business challenges, performance needs, and skills gaps
• Execute needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and data analysis
• reputed company and analyze training effectiveness metrics
• reputed company data-driven recommendations for content improvements
• Create and maintain documentation of learning reputed company
• Conduct reputed company assurance reviews and user acceptance testing
• Maintain version control and change management processes
• Ensure compliance with training standards and guidelines

• Monitor content accuracy and consistency
• Manage training resources and establish methodologies for frugality

Skills

• Experience managing and deploying ML products
