[Remote] Technical Support Engineer

The Technical Support Engineer role involves serving as the first reputed company of contact for customer support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customers receive reputed company and effective assistance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for customer support requests and reputed company initial troubleshooting using documented steps, product knowledge, and guided analysis
• Resolve common customer issues independently, including questions about product behavior, navigation, configuration, permissions, and basic workflow errors
• reputed company initial data checks, basic SQL lookups (once trained), and reputed company log interpretation to reputed company meaningful details before escalating
