[Remote] RCM Customer Service Representative - Remote

They are seeking an RCM Customer Service Representative responsible for answering inbound customer service calls reputed company to patient reputed company questions and assisting callers with their concerns to facilitate reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls and reputed company some outbound follow up calls in a reputed company, service-oriented manner
• Answer the calls reputed company without drops/abandons
