[Remote] Coordinator, Commercial Integration & Impact

The Coordinator, Commercial Integration and Impact plays a vital role in coordinating commercial product activities, partner activation workflows, and operational tools to ensure partner deliverables are met accurately and on time.


Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of commercial partnership activations that advance partner objectives and USOPC priorities
  • Assist with day-to-day activation tasks, including preparing timelines, tracking deliverables, updating project plans, and scheduling meetings across internal and external stakeholders
  • Help manage asset delivery workflows, including gathering information, coordinating approvals, and maintaining documentation related to contractual rights
  • Update and maintain partner specific trackers, dashboards, and shared workspaces to support internal alignment
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of partner communications and materials such as activation briefs, recaps, and summary decks
  • Support the creation of performance reports by gathering data, updating KPI dashboards, and contributing to value summaries
  • Coordinate logistics for assigned programs, including organizing files, confirming timelines, preparing agendas, and documenting next steps
  • Partner with the Manager to ensure clear and timely communication with cross-functional teams involved in commercial program delivery
  • Maintain shared tools, templates, and resource libraries that support planning and delivery across commercial products
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including creating notes, maintaining agendas, and updating action items
  • Support the management of contract documentation by organizing files, confirming required information, and coordinating with Legal and Finance as needed
  • Help capture best practices and lessons learned by maintaining documentation and supporting continuous improvement efforts
  • Assist with budget tracking tasks, including updating spend trackers, gathering invoices, and verifying accuracy of costs
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Manager and Director as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in partnership activation, marketing, events, operations, or related administrative or coordination role
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with cross functional teams and external partners
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new platforms and systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to new information or shifting priorities
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Proactive approach to work with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, agency, or commercial partnership environments preferred
  • Experience with project management tools or operational processes is a plus
  • Appreciation for the Olympic and Paralympic Movements and the power of sport
