Responsibilities

• Understanding admission, billing, payments, and denials
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient insurance process for obtaining authorizations and benefits verification
• Knowledge of medical terminology or CPT or procedure codes
• Patient reputed company experience with managed care/insurance and reputed company Center experience is highly preferred
• reputed company, personable, dependable, and confident with excellent communication skills
• Customer service-oriented builds trust and respect by exceeding customer expectations

Skills

• High School Diploma Required
• Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Certified reputed company Cycle Representative (CRCR) required reputed company 9 months of hire
• Understanding admission, billing, payments, and denials
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient insurance process for obtaining authorizations and benefits verification
• Knowledge of medical terminology or CPT or procedure codes

• Associates Preferred
• Patient reputed company experience with managed care/insurance and reputed company Center experience is highly preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in MS applications (Word, reputed company & PowerPoint), experience with multiple computer systems, and use of dual screens
