Ethics & Compliance Specialist

Molson Coors Beverage Company is committed to transforming the beverage industry and is looking for an Ethics and Compliance Specialist to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves supporting policy management, drafting employee training, and coordinating projects related to ethics and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support policy management, which will include owning the update schedule, coordination and alignment with cross-functional stakeholder groups for reviews and updates. Will also include assisting in identifying and editing necessary policies to further the compliance objectives of the company
• Draft/create, update and/or lead employee trainings
• Supports management, development of technical requirements, and process improvements for E&C systems and tools
• Support third-party due diligence review and maintenance to include collecting, analyzing and organizing key materials for reports on both initial vetting as well as audits
• Coordinate projects related to various aspects of the ethics and compliance program (e.g., data privacy, anti-corruption, investigations, anti-competition, records management, etc.)

Skills

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of ethics & compliance, internal audit, legal, or human resources
• You have 1 to 3 years of relevant ethics and compliance experience, including experience supporting investigations and management of ethics and compliance related issues
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint
