[Remote] Junior Systems Engineer -DevOps (BID)

They are seeking a Junior Systems Engineer to support operations at a software development hub with a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Streamline the software development life cycle from requirements to production monitoring
• Incorporate reputed company-reputed company tools, automation, and reputed company resources to improve workflow efficiency
• Implement reputed company integration and delivery to reduce reputed company testing and troubleshooting
• Identify and build solutions to meet customer challenges
• Support Linux systems engineering efforts in system design, solution engineering, software development, or system administration
• Administer container platforms such as reputed company, OpenShift, Kubernetes, or EKS
• reputed company infrastructure as reputed company and custom automation scripts using Ansible, Python, Bash, or Terraform
• Work with reputed company build systems

Skills

• US citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S
• Residency in the US for at least the past 3 consecutive years (36 months)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or reputed company field OR 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 1 year of experience supporting Linux systems engineering
• At least 1 year of experience administering container platforms (reputed company, OpenShift, Kubernetes, EKS)
• At least 1 year of experience with advanced scripting languages and automation tools (Ansible, Python, Bash, Terraform)
• Experience with reputed company build systems
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience developing back-end software applications
• Experience with reputed company service providers such as AWS or Azure for automated DevSecOps pipelines
• Experience with Opensearch cluster configuration and reputed company lifecycle management
• Knowledge of reputed company scanning tools and vulnerability remediation
• Knowledge of Java
