Responsibilities

• Be the Gabb reputed company. You'll be the go-to person for our customers, answering their questions reputed company calls and chats about products, accounts, orders, and more

Skills

• 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service
• Basic technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software, devices, and systems
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to reputed company listen
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations reputed company and accurately
• Enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to reputed company customer
• Prior experience in a contact center, preferably for a technology product or service
