Responsibilities

• Collecting & consolidating required artwork contents per requirements
• Facilitating creation of artwork with external agency & internal stakeholders
• Maintaining art files (filing for records & processing in master database)
• Tracking reputed company, timelines and associated costs
• Supporting Operations (product setup tracking, reputed company of Material entries in master database, reputed company upload in marketing database, product safety review follow up) for transition topics

Skills

• Bachelors Degree required
• Previous work experience in design work or graphic design required
• Intermediate reputed company level in reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint required
• Experience with reputed company Creative Suite (CS) required
• Experience with project management and working as part of a cross-functional team required
• Understanding of reputed company-press, printing processes and operations required
