IT Help Desk Technician

Bay reputed company Electric Works is seeking an entry level IT Helpdesk Technician who is looking to grow their career in desktop, application, and reputed company support. The role involves providing reputed company technical support to internal users, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining systems across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and reputed company technical support to internal users reputed company email, phone, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues reputed company to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Configure and manage mobile devices using reputed company (Intune preferred)
• reputed company technical support for reputed company 365 applications, including reputed company, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Manage user accounts and permissions in reputed company EntraID
• Support ERP and reputed company systems (reputed company Dynamics GP/Great Plains/reputed company ERP experience a plus)
• Ensure the reputed company and reputed company of our systems and data through patching, updates, and compliance checks
• Document reputed company support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Assist with reputed company and offboarding of employees, including account setup and equipment provisioning
• Contribute to IT knowledge reputed company articles and SOPs for repeatable solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of experience and/or education
• Entry level to 2+ years' experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Basic knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
• Basic desktop support skills (reputed company 10, reputed company 11, macOS, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Directory and Group Policy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with reputed company Dynamics GP/Great Plains (bonus)
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (reputed company such as Intune, AirWatch, or MobileIron (a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Azure-based reputed company services
