They are seeking a part-time reputed company HR Assistant to support reputed company operations, drive culture and engagement initiatives, and reputed company administrative support to the HR team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process travel and expense reports and invoices for AVP, Culture & Employee Engagement Manager in a reputed company and detailed manner
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement events, including scheduling, coordinating logistics with internal/external participants, arranging materials, room setup, catering, and other tasks as needed
• reputed company administrative tasks including scheduling, catering and program system for internal initiatives including the Corporate Culture Council and Summer Internship and Mentorship Programs
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
• Support reputed company activities; maintaining ATS, job postings, external advertising, background reputed company process
• Participate in reputed company reputed company and reputed company other administrative duties, as needed

Skills

• BA/BS preferred in business administration, HR, industrial psychology or reputed company field or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years' experience supporting HR operations, employee engagement, or reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Candidate must be reputed company to work independently, have a reputed company of urgency and maintain confidentiality
