Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests, including general repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry) and HVAC/appliance repairs
• Participate in on-reputed company rotations and occasional non-traditional schedules (weekends, special events)
• Prepare vacant reputed company for occupancy and maintain accurate work order status
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and repair appliances
• Maintain grounds (trash pickup, pressure washing, landscaping)

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
