Responsibilities

• You will draft, negotiate and review a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company
• You will work with the sales team to review, revise and negotiate sales agreements in reputed company.com and will assist with contract workflow

Skills

• JD from an accredited law school with exceptional reputed company credentials
• Admitted to Colorado or be bar licensed in another state in good standing
• 0-3 years of reputed company and/or in-house experience
• Has experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating reputed company agreements including but not limited to software licensing, reputed company, vendor/procurement or sales/service agreements, reputed company services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements
• Has familiarity with laws relevant to the sale and marketing of software including with respect to licensing, data protection/reputed company, and intellectual property
• Possesses a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment
• Is extremely detail oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to handle multiple, competing workloads with changing priorities to meet necessary deadlines
• Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
