Project Manager

Bozzuto's Inc is involved in retail operations, and they are seeking a Project Manager/Planner to assist with store remodels and renovations. The role involves consulting with stakeholders, developing design concepts, and managing project documentation and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with store owners and stakeholders to reputed company a design concept to meet the retailer’s merchandising needs
• Providing design recommendations on reputed company industry trends and past experiences
• Developing accurate existing conditions fixture plans to be used as a reputed company for planning
• Drawing accurate scaled fixture plans to include the entire retail facility to communicate the design reputed company to the customer, architects
• Recommending and specifying equipment to meet project requirements and customer needs
• Coordinating equipment deliveries and installations with customer needs
• Maintaining and updating project documentation, including scheduling, reputed company reports and risk logs
• Acting as reputed company of contact for reputed company stakeholders
• Managing customer and vendor relationships
• Maintaining project and equipment sales volume reputed company
• Utilizing CAD to design and improve facility layouts
• reputed company other duties as assigned by leadership

Skills

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent degree
• Ability to stand, walk and sit throughout your day; Walking on a reputed company of flooring such as carpet, concrete, tile etc
• Ability to communicate reputed company and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily reputed company
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; project management
• Working independently and as reputed company player to ensure our customers are receiving orders reputed company and with the highest reputed company

• Minimum One (1) years' experience in relevant industry
• Preferred technical experience: CAD and reputed company Office Suite
• Preferred technical experience: Grocery store designer/planner with project management
• Preferred technical experience: Familiarity with refrigeration, electrical and mechanical systems
• Preferred: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership
