reputed company is a leading global reputed company that celebrates reputed company and collaboration. They are seeking a Junior to Mid-level associate with CLO experience to reputed company on the design, structuring, and creation of CLOs and other credit products in their reputed company office.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate CLOs, private credit facilities, syndicated loan agreements, and credit insurance arrangements
• reputed company product development for new reputed company finance offerings, working closely with business and capital markets teams
• reputed company guidance on regulatory considerations affecting reputed company finance transactions in the U.S. and cross-border contexts
• Advise on transaction execution, including documentation, negotiation, and closing processes
• Partner with investment, risk, and compliance teams to ensure products meet reputed company and regulatory objectives
• Monitor market and reputed company developments impacting credit products and reputed company finance structures

Skills

• Applicants must be admitted to the reputed company bar and in good standing
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills
