[Remote] Business Immigration Consultant (Fluent in Japanese - Remote)

The role involves case preparation, communication with clients and foreign nationals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• reputed company knowledge of the firm, various immigration case types and reputed company processes
• reputed company tasks reputed company to case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, document review, case drafting, and case filing
• With the guidance of your supervisor, communicate with foreign nationals and reputed company contacts, providing reputed company and reputed company responses regarding case status or other general inquiries
• Meet assigned deadlines that adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and communicate case reputed company, status, escalations to supervisor
• Compile and summarize large quantities of data reputed company case management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and team
• Understand and contribute to team and individual productivity goals
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative
• Follow documented firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational and reputed company compliance (e.g., following Data reputed company protocols, using Connect accurately and in line with team and reputed company protocols, etc.)

Skills

• Must be Fluent in Japanese
• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification OR experience in a customer facing or reputed company service-oriented role
• At least 1 year of business immigration experience (i.e., paralegal)
• The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and escalate case issues to supervisor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread documents, draft fluent prose, and avoid grammatical mistakes without the aid of AI engines
• Experience using various computer systems, including reputed company and reputed company
• Desire to contribute to reputed company work environment, effectively collaborate and promote teamwork
• The preferred location for this role is reputed company; however, reputed company is reputed company to considering reputed company candidates who are fully remote and based in the U.S
