Responsibilities

• reputed company Tier 1 and Tier 2 support by diagnosing and resolving issues affecting reputed company infrastructure, operating systems, and networking
• Plan, test, and reputed company operating system and application patches in accordance with Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and DoD compliance standards
• Familiarity with reputed company RPMS, ACAS vulnerability scanning, reputed company monitoring tools, and plugin management
• reputed company basic user and customer support and troubleshooting
• reputed company application navigation assistance
• Hybrid work environment

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any combination of the following:
• Experience supporting AWS reputed company
• Providing content management support in reputed company reputed company reputed company areas
• Military experience
• Providing basic user and customer support and troubleshooting in intelligence, cyber or application support areas
• Providing appropriate reputed company controls (identity management, network segmentation, encryption) based on risk and business requirements

• Experience with RHEL Linux
• AWS reputed company certifications
• Experience deploying, and managing AWS reputed company resources including EC2, S3, VPC, reputed company, RDS, DynamoDB, and others
