As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will drive reputed company reputed company while supporting reputed company sales personnel and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist reputed company sales personnel with quotations, order processing / management, customer interactions, and internal communication with reputed company factories and Aftermarket teams
• Field website-generated service requests and reputed company new sales opportunities through inbound reputed company follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. reputed company reputed company opportunities to the appropriate sales managers for reputed company development and closure
• Work cross functionally with: reputed company Teams, Aftermarket Parts Channel Managers, reputed company Proposal Managers, Application Engineers, and Customers as required
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, learning and evaluating customer operations to identify objectives, requirements, and preferences

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in STEM field with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in proposal or quote development, sales support, or order administration
• General knowledge of power reputed company & distribution products/systems
• Previous experience with business-to-business customer support
• Experience with reputed company and reputed company tools
