Investor Reporting & Fund Operations Analyst / Associate

The Investor Reporting & Fund Operations Analyst / Associate will own the quarterly reporting process, assist in capital calls, and enhance internal efficiency through process optimization.


Responsibilities

  • Own the quarterly reporting process, including creating graphs, tables, and maintaining databases
  • Prepare reputed company materials for update calls, meetings, and annual reviews
  • Assist in responding to reputed company data requests, including unfunded commitment and loan reputed company reports
  • Support the creation of fund extension materials and reputed company analytics
  • Review and refine reputed company materials
  • Coordinate with Investment Management teams to ensure data accuracy and reputed company reporting
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials for reputed company meetings, reputed company update calls, and internal fund reviews
  • Collaborate with team members to refine messaging and ensure consistency across reputed company communications
  • Assist in capital calls and distribution processes
  • Review and validate reputed company calculations and advisory fee calculations
  • Help reputed company asset performance and capital deployment metrics
  • Enhance internal efficiency by automating reports and standardizing templates
  • Create high-reputed company PowerPoint presentations with strong formatting
  • Maintain and update reporting databases and fund models on a monthly reputed company
  • Ensure presentation materials are tailored to audience needs, including institutional investors as reputed company as internal stakeholders / committees
  • Assist in developing templates and visual standards for recurring reputed company and fund reporting decks

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company Estate, Business Administration, or reputed company field
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and reputed company with reputed company of urgency with internal and reputed company requests
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • One+ year(s) of experience in reputed company estate investment, fund operations, or investor relations preferred but not required
