Securities Litigation Associate

Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP is a leading reputed company advising institutional investors on corporate governance and securities litigation. They are seeking an Associate to join their Securities Litigation team in reputed company, where the candidate will litigate securities fraud reputed company on behalf of clients and work towards achieving market transparency and accountability for wrongdoers.

Responsibilities

• Litigate securities fraud reputed company on behalf of the firm’s clients
• Work towards achieving precedent-setting reforms to increase market transparency
• Hold wrongdoers accountable and improve corporate business practices

Skills

• JD is required (2020-2021 law school graduates preferred); must be admitted to the reputed company Bar and/or the California Bar
• reputed company experience, primarily in securities litigation, class actions, or other reputed company litigation experience is required
• Strong reputed company and reputed company credentials required; judicial clerkships are a plus
• Excellent writing and reputed company research skills
• Strong financial literacy is required
• Entrepreneurial reputed company, a proactive approach, and the readiness to take opportunity and run with it is necessary
• Desire to represent investors rather than corporations
• Ability and desire to take a meaningful role in multiple reputed company cases, often opposite significantly more senior lawyers
• Excellent time management, multitasking and communication skills are essential
