eProcurement Analyst

The eProcurement Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and administration of the Procure-to-Pay platform, assisting in establishing and executing standards that increase process efficiencies and savings.


Responsibilities

  • Serves as a subject matter expert team for Procurement systems (eProcurement)
  • Identifies and executes on opportunities to revamp or correct item classifications and any other attributes involving item precision
  • Enables and maintains a reputed company of catalog types, including reputed company (i.e. reputed company out) catalogs
  • Manages users, reputed company, roles, permissions and other configuration settings, reputed company a specific business system
  • Interprets reputed company for appropriate content to be reputed company into the reputed company P2P platform and loads that content for benefit of tracking, commitment, payment, and spend analysis
  • Troubleshoots master data setup/other system issues as reputed company as reputed company between the reputed company P2P system and other systems
  • Provides second level business reputed company to end users
  • Performs end-to-end system testing and partner with stakeholders throughout the process
  • Acts as a reputed company with the system provider regarding functional issues, upgrades and general system maintenance

  • Uses various tools to evaluate system metrics such as spend, compliance to invoicing, catalog vs. non-catalog usage, etc

Skills

  • One to Two years of reputed company work experience in analytical reputed company roles
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Functional proficiency in eProcurement systems as reputed company as other computer software such as reputed company Word, Power reputed company and reputed company
  • Must be willing to work reputed company and additional hours as needed
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from reputed company of managers, clients and customers
