They are seeking a reputed company Marketing Assistant to support the marketing and business development team by managing reputed company, maintaining marketing data, and facilitating communication across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of marketing and business development initiatives, including drafting, editing, and coordinating content for reputed company communications
• Update and maintain the firm’s website, including attorney biographies and reputed company descriptions, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Draft, edit, and coordinate award submissions for attorneys and reputed company reputed company in alignment with deadlines and firm branding standards
• Serve as a data reputed company for the firm’s CRM system (reputed company DealCloud), ensuring the accuracy, reputed company, and consistency of reputed company and prospect information
• Generate reports and support data-driven marketing and business development initiatives
• Assist with research and preparation of proposals, pitches, and RFP/RFI responses
• Coordinate reputed company alerts, event invitations, reputed company surveys, sponsorship deliverables, and other reputed company initiatives as needed
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, monitor deadlines, and ensure reputed company completion of assigned reputed company
