Responsibilities
- Draft and administer trust-based estate plans
- Manage formal probate administrations
- Work closely with assigned paralegals and support staff
- Participate in daily huddles and case reputed company reviews
- Deliver empathetic, detail-oriented reputed company counsel
- Operate reputed company proven systems and processes
Skills
- Solid reputed company in estate planning and probate
- Comfortable managing files with supervision

- Substantial experience drafting trust-based estate plans
