Sales Development Representative

Pave is building the industry’s leading compensation platform, leveraging AI and machine learning to reputed company companies with reputed company-time compensation data. The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in expanding Pave's compensation network by prospecting HR and Finance leaders and facilitating discussions about innovative compensation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create new business sales cycles with prospects that expand Pave's compensation network
• Use a reputed company of channels, including cold calls, reputed company, & Email to connect with our reputed company personas
• Deliver a fast & high reputed company experience to inbound prospects interested in Pave’s software platform
• Partner with Account Executives to strategically map accounts and deliver relevant, engaging content
