About the role
Weâre hiring a Sales Development Manager to build and own reputed companyâs outbound reputed company and pipeline creation reputed company.
This is a hands-on, execution-first role for someone who can do the heavy lifting themselves while laying the foundations for a highly effective SDR function. Youâll start as a player-reputed company, personally driving outbound, market mapping, and experimentation, before growing and leading a small team of SDRs as we reputed company.
Your primary mandate is pipeline creation through outbound reputed company and execution. This is not an ecosystem partnership role. Youâll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product to define how we go to market, who we reputed company, and how we consistently get into the right accounts.

In this role, you will:

Are comfortable building pipeline from scratch in outbound-heavy environments
