This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **Join our Crew Amex and lead the way** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with Product and Process Owners, Qualtrics Subject Matter Experts, and the Agile Technology Team to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with Utility Teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs * Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and deliver large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, Development Life Cycle Management, and Troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate actively with Dating Managers/Product Owners to expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization tools * Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and big data technologies * Certification in data science, machine learning, or related fields * Experience with Agile project management tools and methodologies **Why join arenaflex?** * Competitive base salaries and bonus incentives * Support for economic-well-being and retirement * Flexible working model with hybrid, onsite, or digital preparations depending on position and business needs * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on location) * Free access to international on-site online wellness facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) * Free and confidential counseling aid through our Wholesome Minds application * Career growth and education opportunities **How to apply** If you're passionate about driving business growth and customer satisfaction through innovative data solutions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
