**About the Role**
As a Chief, HR Business Partner, you'll sit at the intersection of HR and the business, driving strategic initiatives that align with our company's vision and goals. You'll work closely with our Programming and Product groups to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business objectives. Our Trade, Development, and Personality association drives the product and tech ecosystem for payments, packaging, tiering, and other business and development stages across Disney's streaming products, as well as the unified character across Disney's products, parks, and experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Chief, HR Business Partner, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the business, building effective working relationships with internal partners and clients
* Proactively evaluating business and organizational performance to suggest and drive action through a consultative, "impact without power" approach
* Mentoring leaders on HR strategies, processes, and management issues, including talent planning, learning and development, employee engagement and inclusion, and performance management to advance a culture of continuous growth and innovation
* Embracing a growth mindset, seeking out new approaches to our work by demonstrating adaptability, agility, transparency, readiness, and global thinking
* Responding to leaders and employees with a sense of urgency and a focus on getting things done and completed
* Analyzing HR data and trends, presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner to inform recommendations
* Collaborating with HR colleagues, fostering a positive work relationship, and working on projects and initiatives across various teams within Disney Diversion and arenaflex Innovation
* Leading organizational design projects to streamline and implement new designs, roles, or processes that drive speed and productivity and support rapidly changing business needs
**Required Capabilities and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a tech company working with programming or product groups
* Experience working with senior leaders in an "impact without power" role
* The ability to perform with a "focus in" mindset, equally proficient at thinking strategically and functionally
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage ambiguity - handling issues that don't always have a process or framework in place, and potentially with conflicting needs or perspectives
* Strong business acumen with a sharp ability to process new information quickly
* Exhibited ability to influence and partner within a diverse organization to drive business results
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to rapidly interpret data, identify trends, and suggest solutions
* Autonomous work style, balancing the need for collaboration with minimal management
**Education**
A bachelor's degree from a accredited college, ideally in Business, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field, with relevant work experience.
**Compensation and Benefits**
The base salary will be commensurate with internal value and may vary based on the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and qualifications, among other factors. A bonus or long-term incentive units may be offered as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of clinical, financial, or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
