[Remote] Spanish (Spain or LATAM) Content Operations Specialist (Digital Books & Podcasts) in San Francisco Bay Area (Remote)

They are seeking a Content Operations Specialist to support content curation, metadata quality, and platform integrity initiatives across digital books and podcasts.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize daily and advanced content curation tasks across written publications and audio content
• Write and report relevant bugs and errors using best practices through internal database systems
• Manage escalations related to metadata, content integrity, and platform quality
• Prioritize tasks and issues quickly and efficiently
• Balance workloads across a distributed team to ensure throughput and coverage
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow guides, and training materials
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce error rates
• Adhere to project-specific quality standards as defined by client guidelines
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established timelines

Skills

• Ability to work from home in a secure environment
• Native-level or fully bilingual fluency (spoken and written) in Spanish and English
• Strong native-language skills and cultural awareness of the relevant country/region
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
